- Users’ image: when you use FITTINGBOX FOOTWEAR Solutions to try on shoes, as implemented on this Website, FITTINGBOX FOOTWEAR may operate a detection, a scan and/or a reconstruction and/or a change in the appearance of your feet and legs (your “Image”). FITTINGBOX FOOTWEAR virtual try-on technology only operates an estimation of standard 3D feet and legs (i.e. the mathematic points that can be found on every body), in order to position a 3D pair of shoes on your feet; this is body detection without biometric information or identifier. Your Image is processed anonymously, only for the duration of the virtual try-on experience. FITTINGBOX FOOTWEAR does not host, store, retain, or reconcile any personal data or biometric information in connection with your Image. FITTINGBOX FOOTWEAR is not capable of identifying you, either directly or indirectly, through the FITTINGBOX FOOTWEAR Solutions implemented on this Website. No additional or further processing of your Image is performed by FITTINGBOX FOOTWEAR. FITTINGBOX FOOTWEAR will not disclose or store your Image. FITTINGBOX FOOTWEAR will not sell, distribute, lease or otherwise disclose or store your Image. If you ever save a screenshot of your virtual try-on, this screenshot, including your Image, will only be stored on your own device or browser and FITTINGBOX FOOTWEAR will not be able to access it; please note you are solely responsible for the data stored on your device or browser.
Our technology is not designed for profiling or categorization purposes: it does not assign you to one or more specific category on the basis of biometric data (such as your age, foot shape, gait, posture, tattoos or other physical traits, behavioral or personality traits) and cannot be used to deduce or infer your age, ethnicity, political opinions, trade unions membership, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life or sexual orientation, emotions or intentions.
